20 Minute Full-Body Burner

Strapped for time? Still looking to fit in a quality workout? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts are a great option to get your heart rate up quickly and effectively. Try incorporating one or two into your weekly workout routine, and see what happens!

I have put together a simple, no-equipment circuit below that can be done anywhere in twenty minutes!

Complete each exercise for sixty seconds with no rest between exercises, take a sixty second break at the end of the circuit, and repeat four times!

  1. Burpee
  2. Alternating forward lunge
  3. Plank with alternating leg lifts
  4. Commandos
